Clear Brook was formed to acquire, develop and operate domestic natural gas and crude oil midstream infrastructure assets (Gathering, Processing, Fractionation, Compression, Transmission, Storage and Marketing). Investments made by Clear Brook will be focused in areas with hydrocarbon resources that are economic in the current commodity price environment and where the team has relationships, understanding and operational expertise.
