CALGARY, ALBERTA and OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA–(Marketwired – Sept. 11, 2013) – Lighthouse Oil & Gas LP (“Lighthouse” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the closing of the Company’s acquisition of certain producing oil and gas properties located in Dewey, Roger Mills and Custer counties in western Oklahoma (the “Assets”). The Assets were sold by Oklahoma City-based operator Harding|Shelton Inc. and a group of other Sellers. This formative transaction, supported by equity commitments from Talara Capital Management and The Energy & Minerals Group, as well as a senior secured credit facility, positions Lighthouse to execute on its business plan to further exploit the Tonkawa and Cleveland formations in the Anadarko basin using multi-stage fracture stimulated horizontal wells.
